The first thing that users receive a capacitive touch screen is to first install the driver program required for the capacitive touch screen correctly according to the relevant instructions, and then run the screen calibration program to calibrate the screen. In most cases, the touch screen received by the user will be calibrated before leaving the factory. However, for most first-time users who use capacitive touch screens, it is still difficult to avoid problems. The following are common issues that our cooperating clients often encounter:

Firstly, changing the system resolution or adjusting the screen size results in inaccurate capacitive touch positioning.

Once the system is changing the display resolution, adjusting the screen size, and installing for the first time, there will be inaccurate clicks or drifts. You need to start the built-in positioning program in the application to relocate. However, when positioning, it is better to use a thin pen or fingertip for positioning, which is more accurate.

Secondly, capacitive touch screens are slow to respond.

If you touch the surface acoustic wave touch screen with your hand or other touch objects, the touch screen response is very slow, which means that the touch screen system is probably old and the internal clock frequency is too low, or because there are water droplets moving on the surface of the touch screen, if you want the touch screen to recover rapid response, you must replace or upgrade the system, or wipe the water droplets off the surface of the touch screen with a cloth.

Thirdly, the touch capacitor touch screen has no response

When touching a certain position of the capacitive touch screen with your fingers and thetouch screen does not respond, it is likely that the corresponding touch position is not accurate, and the cursor cannot be positioned correctly. If the cabinet shell presses against the touch area, the user can increase the distance between the cabinet and the display screen. If the display shell presses against the touch area, the user can try loosening the screws of the display shell a little.
