Our Inspection Process

We implement a strict TFT full-process inspection covering appearance, functionality, environmental reliability, part number verification, datasheet validation, and 100% inspection as required, ensuring the quality of every single display；
Strict TFT Inspection Process:

    • P/N & quantity verification
    • Datasheet validation
    • 100% inspection (as required)

Our Testing Process

We employ each of these testing measures to our products before shipping them out to ensure the best performance and reliability. Certain displays may go through additional quality testing processes not mentioned below.

  • High temperature storage

    Our displays are observed at high temperatures while powered off in our temperature chamber.

  • High temperature / humidity operation

    Our displays are observed at humidity while powered on in our temperature chamber.

  • Low temperature storage

    Our displays are observed at low temperatures while powered off in our temperature chamber.

  • Thermal shock resistance

    Our displays are observed for performance when faced with extreme temperature changes.

  • High temperature operation

    Our displays are observed at high temperatures while powered off in our temperature chamber.

  • Vibration test

    Our displays undergo rigorous testing for durability, including during instances of rapid mechanical motion.

  • Low temperature operation

    Our displays are observed at low temperatures while powered off in our temperature chamber.

  • Static electricity test

    Our displays are observed for performance after receiving a large electric charge.
