The CH400OL001A is a 3.92-inch AMOLED display module utilizing active-matrix OLED technology. It delivers a resolution of 1080 × 1240 dots, with an active area of 75.144 mm × 65.448 mm. The module provides a luminance of 600 cd/m². AMOLED’s self-emissive pixel structure eliminates the need for a separate backlight unit, contributing to an overall module thickness of 1.06 mm (with outer dimensions of 79.87 mm × 67.25 mm × 1.06 mm). The viewing direction is specified as free, meaning consistent color and brightness are maintained regardless of observer position. The display is integrated with a capacitive touch system.
Interface connection is provided through a MIPI interface. Operating temperature ranges from -10℃ to +60℃, with storage temperature from -20℃ to +70℃. The module is RoHS compliant.
