How does the LCD open mold design drawing operate?

The parameters included in this drawing include display content (check whether it is complete and correct), overall dimension, visual area size (also known as window size), total glass thickness, LCD material, voltage, operating temperature and storage temperature, display mode (positive or negative), polarizer type (full transparency, semi transparency or reflection), duty cycle, bias ratio, Connection mode (if it is a metal connection, pay attention to whether the pin spacing, length and quantity are correct).

The second drawing is the segment and truth table diagram of segment code LCD screen. Segment code LCD is to make the graphics into a segment by segment pen type, and then set the program to control which segments are bright to display the specified content. The truth table is the code table used when writing the program, so you should check it clearly.

The third drawing is the logic wiring diagram of segment code LCD. The general customer may not understand this drawing. If the customer requires, the engineer will provide this logic wiring diagram. The truth table is edited through logical routing. Customers with truth table can write programs.

The fourth drawing segment code LCD display effect diagram is mainly to check whether the display effect to be used is correct, including black characters on white background, white characters on black background, blue background and white background.
