Shenzhen Chenghao Optoelectronics Custom TFT Display focuses on five core details to provide customers with customized services throughout the entire process from solution design to mass production, solving pain points such as display blur, color deviation, adaptation difficulties, environmental interference, and inefficient operation. We adhere to the concept of “precise matching of technology needs, controllable cost to achieve value, and full-service guarantee experience” to help customers create differentiated competitive advantages and achieve efficient implementation in fields such as consumer electronics, industrial control, medical equipment, and in car displays.
Flexible printed circuits (FPCs) require customized design based on the mechanical structure of the product, including asymmetric contours, specific bending areas, or extended lengths. The layout of components should avoid screw holes, heat sinks, or mechanical frames to prevent short circuits or interference. The pin configuration (such as sequence, voltage, current carrying capacity) should match the main control board connector definition to ensure electrical compatibility. Common TFT interfaces include LVDS, RGB, MIPI DSI, and SPI, while Capacitive screen often use I2C or USB.

Outdoor or high ambient light applications (such as industrial control and medical equipment) require high brightness backlighting (800-3000 nits) to ensure visibility. LED color temperature can be customized to warm white (3000K-4500K), neutral white (5000K-6000K), or cool white (6500K-8000K) to meet specific medical or outdoor equipment needs.
Capacitive touch panel (CTP) supports rounded corners, asymmetric contours, and customized openings (such as logos and buttons). The bonding process is divided into two categories:
OCA bonding: Using transparent adhesive to fill the gap between CTP and TFT, eliminating reflection, improving strong light readability, and preventing condensation, suitable for outdoor, medical, and industrial scenarios.
Air bonding: Fixed with edge tape, low cost but weak optical performance, suitable for indoor or budget sensitive products.
Anti-Reflective (AR) Coating: Reduces reflectivity through multi-layer optical structures, improving transparency and clarity for high-resolution medical displays.
Anti-Fingerprint (AF) Coating: Applies a hydrophobic layer to minimize fingerprint residue and facilitate cleaning, commonly used in public touch devices.
These treatments can be applied individually or in combination (e.g., AG+AF or AR+AF) to balance optical performance and durability.
Anti-Glare (AG) Coating: An optical treatment technology applied to various surfaces, primarily designed to enhance visual clarity and comfort by reducing light reflections.

Depending on product requirements, open-frame (embedded design) or fully enclosed (plug-and-play) modules can be selected. Additionally, LCD technologies such as TN, VA, IPS, and FFS are available, supporting wide-temperature operation, extended color gamuts, and semi-transmissive/reflective polarizer features to cater to diverse industrial, automotive, and consumer electronics applications, meeting customer demands effectively.
Whether for industrial control systems, medical devices, automotive displays, or consumer electronics, our full-process support—from concept design to mass production—ensures faster project implementation and stronger product competitiveness. Chenghao Optoelectronics remains committed to helping customers turn display challenges into long-term value through professional customization and dependable manufacturing.
